Before booking your appointment, please contact the stylist to confirm the date and time is available.
When inquiring about an appointment, please greet the stylist properly. This is a business, we still like to be cordial and friendly, but also respectful.
Please be prepared to provide a picture of your natural hair.
The day that you inquire about an appointment and we confirm the date via text, should be the same day you book your appointment on the website. Your appointment is not guaranteed and your slot will not be saved unless you have confirmed the date with me AND have officially booked.
The color that you want should be stated in the notes when booking. If you do not state the color, then you will automatically get 1b colored hair.
Your final payment should be in cash or apple-pay only. I will no longer be using Cashapp for final payments.
There must be at least a 48 hour notice for an appointment. For example, this means if it is Sunday, you cannot book an appointment for Monday, but you can book for Tuesday.
Please be well rested before your appointment. I won't be able to part or style your hair to the best of my ability if you can't hold your head up.
Please come with your hair shampooed and blowdried. Your hair does not need to be straightened, I just ask that it is clean and dry upon arrival. No oils or products. If your hair is not dry upon arrival, you will be charged with an additional fee.
If I am providing the hair, I usually purchase the clients hair 1-3 days before the appointment. If you want to change the length, style, or color of your hair PLEASE contact me in advance. Keep in mind that the price may change as well.
All clients are charged a 20% deposit that will go towards the total price of your style/service. The deposit is nonrefundable.
If you book without contacting me first, I will NOT refund your deposit and it is not transferable.
For every 10-minutes that you are late, you will be charged an additional $10 late fee.
If I have not heard from you 30-minutes after your scheduled time, your appointment will be cancelled.
Last minute appointments will have a $50 convenience fee added.
